A Cheap Website Doesn’t Always Mean A Cheap Website

What in the world could I mean about cheap websites not being cheap?

This is a huge thing for my industry.  So, as you know, Raging Rocket Web Design, LLC is a web development company.  We make great websites.  However, we don’t charge a lot of money – does that mean we’re “cheap”?

I hate that word.  Honestly, I do.  Think about it.  When you’re talking with someone about a service or product and the word cheap comes up its usually to let the other person know that something is either really inexpensive or complete total crap.

But if I were to use that same word to a client describing my company’s services it would universally mean the bad thing – that we’re probably total crap.  Or at the very least that thought would cross their mind and that’s something I don’t want anyone to think about when they think about my company.

But, uhm, you just used that word to describe your company…

Don’t be so negative!  Yeah, I did use that word because I want to tell you what it really means when I say we have a “Cheap Web Design Product”.  But first I have to take you back to the beginning.

Once upon a time, a man name Steve really liked this chick he met named Eve…  Or something like that, I didn’t do so hot in history class.

I built Raging Rocket to solve a super huge problem with the web design industry as a whole.  You see, the big guys (who create really impressive ultra effective websites) can and do charge massive amounts for their websites.  They can charge $5,000 – $50,000 (if not more) for their services.  Which is great for those companies who can afford it.

But what about all those little guys who have a great product or service, are just starting out, and don’t have buckets of cash to throw at their website?  That’s where we come in.

I built a service that caters to those and only those small businesses.  We produce quality websites and do it for less than $1,000 in most cases.  You see, we’re “Cheap Web Design”.

But we’re not Cheap!

This is my biggest point.  We may be “cheap” but we’re not “cheap”.  Our service is designed to offer an incredible amount of value and only cost what small businesses can comfortably afford.  We ensure their websites are boons to their business and not just pretty digital billboards (like so many freelancers and companies from India and beyond tend to do).

Why should I care?

Well, that would depend on who you are.  I wrote this post to discuss my thoughts and paint a picture of what my company does and offers.  It may be a vanity post to some degree, but it’s still from the heart.

Anyway, if you need quality and results, you should hire us.
